BALLOON CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our delegates to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellations made on or before 14th June will receive a refund less 20% of the registration fee for costs incurred and cancellation fees with venue etc.

  2. Cancellations made between 15th June and 5th July will receive a refund less 50% of the registration fee for costs incurred and cancellation fees with venue etc.

  3. Cancellations of registration made on or after 6th July are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • In the event of Force Majeure, where circumstances beyond our control prevent the event from taking place, the Australian Balloon Association will hold your funds in credit for the following event.

  • Tickets to Balloon Camp are non-transferable to individuals outside of your registered business.

  • There are no discounts or refunds should you choose to stay off-site.
